#51   Royals, Steels & Green/Turquoise
(HM geno)
Hatched 12-13-2000
The father is a Royal Blue super delta, HM geno. Mother is a sibling Royal Blue HM geno STF (she appears steel in the photo, but is Royal Blue). The grandfather (father to the parents of this spawn) was a Steel Blue Half-moon STM, grandmother was a green HM geno STF. They have excellent lineage and outstanding color. Only a limited few of this spawn, inquire if they are not listed. Look below just to see a hint of the beauty of these babies. I have at least one little guy that is showing excellent promise of Hal-Moon, just spawned him too!! UPDATE: Sold out.

#60/74   Red Crowns
Hatched 01-26-2001
Father and mother are both Red DR crown tails (CT). Grandfather was a SR red Crown tail, grandmother was a red DR Crown tail. Both parents are outstanding and I have not taken recent pictures to reflect it yet. The female is much darker and both have great finnage and ray extension. There are only a handful of pairs available, inquire if they are not listed. These babies are looking more and more like their parents everyday. Some of these males are beyond belief!!! UPDATE: Sold out!

#67   Melano Black/Yellow cross
Hatched 01-11-2001
This is an exciting spawn. Hoping for some real beauties in F2. This first generation, F1, is actually more beautiful than I anticipated. I have some electric purples as well as some steel/burgundy. Quite a variety of colors and what is most exciting is that every one of them carries Melano and yellow (nr)!!!  Gene Lucas worked with this line and recently wrote and article about the cross. The father of this spawn is a gorgeous HM geno Melano black, you can view more lineage by clicking on his photo. The female is a bright and beautiful yellow ST/dt female who also carries 'vf' gene which creates BF and streaking color in the fins :O) I even have a few Steel/red/gray BFs from this spawn (nope, sorry, those are mine!) Predictions for F2 include Blue Angels, multicolors, melanos and yellow spotted melanos!!!! The melanos from this spawn will also have an excellent chance of having little to no iridescence. The father had barely any which will help this along. There is only a limited number of pairs, so get them while they last. UPDATE: Sold out.

#70 Pharaoh / Blue Angel
Cross
Hatched 1-18-2001
Ok guys, here is the best of both worlds!!!!!! I cross the original Pharaoh mother, Green/red (HM, Orange, Yellow geno), to our best Blue Angel Male. We also have an equivalent spawn from our Original Pharaoh Half-Moon Father to our best Blue Angels female. What we are offering here are some amazing bi-colored (yellow/HM geno) single tails that should also carry Orange. Breeding a pair of these together should produce some outstanding bi-colors, including the popular Pharaohs & Blue Angels. If you like these colorations, then this is a cheaper way to get started with them. You can see examples of our Blue Angels and Pharaohs in our Gallery as well as our Archived Spawns pages. I have noticed a large percentage of these babies showing a purple iridescence. Quite striking :) UPDATE: SOLD OUT

# Hatched 01-23-2001
Beautiful black marbles. Father is a Black/White STM Dalmatian Marble. Mother is a ST/dt Dalmatian Marble female. This spawn was very exciting as all the offspring are exhibiting some form of black marbling. Below is an example of a male and female form this spawn. These are now available but in limited quantities. These guys are getting darker marbling by the day.

# Hatched 01-23-2001
The parents of this spawn were bred by Jude Als - Uncle Junkin. The father of the parents was a Mustard Gas bred to one of Juda Als' Yellow Marble DT/geno females. They produced the parents of this spawn which have amazing finnage, form and color. The father is a half moon and the mother has the potential to throw Half moons. The babies from this spawn should carry yellow, orange, DT and/or marble, all will carry the genes for this wonderful Half moon finnage. These babies are pure lines from Jude Als. 'Mustard Gas' bettas produce 13 different multi-colored/BF patterns, not merely green/orange as many believe :) Our first spawn of this pair produced mainly multicolors and traditional Cambodians due to the small size of the spawn. Our second spawning produced a much wider variety, some are pictured below. Along with the true Pharaohs and other varieties, the majority of these babies are looking exactly like their parents. This is very promising :) Their father is one of my very favorite bettas with both color, form and finnage. Not to mention a large majority should carry orange as well as other great genes.  UPDATE: SOLD OUT
